Who can utilize the space? The space is available for faculty, staff and students to utilize. The space is not available for external organizations to request/reserve.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed? You will receive a confirmation email from EMS that we have approved your reservation date(s)/time(s).
Can I utilize any other meeting and training rooms in the Dalney building? No other spaces in the Dalney building will be accessible. Visitors are not allowed in the Dalney Building (other than 180) without an escort.
Am I able to rearrange the space? The Dalney 180 meeting room tables/chairs are not to be moved without PRIOR approval and there is a $150 fee that will be charged.
When can I set-up for my meeting? Meeting set-up is 30 minutes prior to your event time. If additional set-up or re-set time is needed, you must expand your reservation request to include that time-frame.
